The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work, which is a composite work of drilling, energisation, and commissioning. In the case of a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 511.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have satisfactorily completed similar work of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 204.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above. Additionally, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should possess a required valid electrical license and should have executed similar electrical works of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 307.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should also have satisfactory completion of similar major items of work with a minimum quantity of 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution in the last 5 years. The bidder is required to have similar work experience and provide documents showing details of similar work experience. The bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual packages. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the bidder's ability to meet the total estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have sufficient financial background and work experience in Bore Well scheme/machinery and equipment required for execution of the work. The qualifying quantity can be calculated as 0.4 x (estimated quantity of work) x 12 months/period of completion. For example, if the estimated quantity of work is 400 nos bore well and the period of completion is 6 months, the minimum quantity required to qualify would be 0.4 x 400 nos bore well x 12/6 = 320 nos bore well. The bidder's previous years' work experience will be given a weightage of 10% per year on the cost of satisfactory completed works to bring them to the current price level.
