The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work, which is a composite work of drilling, energization, and commissioning. In the case of a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 632.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor (JV partner) should have satisfactorily completed similar work of value not less than Rs. 253.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above. Additionally, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor (JV partner) should possess a required valid electrical license and should have executed similar electrical works of value not less than Rs. 379.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The bidder should also have satisfactory completion of similar works in the last 5 years, with a weightage of 10% per year given on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The value of similar works completed should be updated to the current price level with a 10% per year escalation factor. The bidder should have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, with a credit facility of not less than Rs. 316.00 Lakhs. The bidder is required to provide documents showing details of similar work experience, including the value and percentage of similar works completed. The bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual packages, with an assessed bid capacity calculated as (2x A x N - B), where A is the maximum value of work executed in any one financial year during the last five years, updated to the current price level with a 10% per year escalation factor.
