The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work, which is a composite work of drilling, energization, and commissioning. In the case of a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 370.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have satisfactorily completed similar work of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 148.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above, and executed similar electrical works of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 222.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 185.00 Lakhs. The bidder's work experience for the last 5 years should be supported by a certificate from an authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or any other competent authority. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual packages, with the assessed bid capacity calculated as (2x A x N - B), where A is the maximum value of work executed in any one financial year during the last five years, updated to the current price level, and B is the value at the current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of works for which bids are invited.
