The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar work, which includes composite work of drilling, energisation, and commissioning, with a value of not less than Rs. 285.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have completed similar work, such as drilling of deep bore wells, with a value of not less than Rs. 114.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above. Additionally, the bidder or their sub-contractor should have executed similar electrical works with a value of not less than Rs. 171.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the original contract value of similar work in the last five years. A weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have executed minimum quantities of important and critical items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The qualifying quantity can be calculated as: 0.4 x (estimated quantity of work) x 12 month/ period of completion. The bidder is also required to furnish evidence of ownership of rigs and ancillaries, and in case the bidder is executing several works, they are required to furnish a time schedule for movement of rig from one work site to another at the time of execution of works. The bidder should have a working capital requirement of not less than twenty percentage (20%) of the amount put to tender, and the liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 142.00 Lakhs.
