Tenders are invited for measures for energy savings of operating buildings novatronic, s.R.O. The subject of the public contract is construction work and supplies within the project co-financed from op peak reg. no. cz.01.3.10 / 0.0 / 0.0 / 19_251 / 0022653, entitled "measures for energy savings of operating buildings novatronic, s.R.O.". the subject of construction works and supplies are halls a and b (hall a - ppc.416, cadastral area vikýrovice, hall b - ppc.417 / 5, cadastral area vikýrovice), for which insulation of perimeter walls, floors is required and soffits of both buildings, installation of a gas connection, reconstruction of the heating of both halls (there will be gas boilers in each hall), new lighting and wiring for both halls. it also includes the replacement of existing windows, gates and the delivery of a new floor. elements of the steel structure of trusses, columns and trusses will be provided with a fire-retardant coating with a resistance of min. 15 min. the existing trusses at both halls will have completed steel profiles, which will be part of the ceilings. the order is realized as a whole, through the provision of a general contractor, ie. the contracting authority does not allow partial performance.
