Northern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The completion certificate should mandatorily mention details such as the name of the work, agency, contract agreement, date of completion, and completed cost of the work. Work experience certificates from private individuals are not considered, but those from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs. 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years are considered. The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V=Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N=Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.
