The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender. - One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work is "Any Civil works other than Track works". Specific values for similar works to be considered are: - Rs. 81,64,919.05 Each - Rs. 1,08,86,558.73 Each - Rs. 1,63,29,838.10 Each For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender. - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. Substantially completed work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. For subletting of work, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in last 5 years. Note: For subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of subcontractor shall be asked for. The bidder must provide details of works undertaken, including final costs and percentages of contractual payments received. The value of the final bill (gross amount) including the PVC amount (if paid) is considered as the completion cost of the work. In case the final bill is pending, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), is considered as the completion cost of the work. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of “total contractual payments” in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. In case a work is started prior to 07 years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited, but completed in last 07 years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited, the completed work shall be considered for fulfilment of credentials. For tenders having advertised value up to Rs 50 lakh, no technical and financial credentials are required.
