Northern Railway Tender

To participate in the tender as a Joint Venture (JV), the following eligibility requirements must be met: 1. Certificate Submission: A certificate in the prescribed format must be submitted. 2. Self-Attested Copy: A self-attested copy of the certificate as per Tender form-2 of the Northern Railway Standard Tender Document 2022 must be submitted. 3. Undertaking Regarding Employment/Partnership of Retired Railway Employees: An undertaking regarding employment/partnership of retired railway employees must be uploaded. 4. Exemption for Startups: If the JV is recognized as a 'Startup', it shall be exempted from the payment of Bid Security upon submission of the registration certificate. 5. Truthfulness and Factualness Certificate: A certificate stating that all statements/documents submitted along with the bid are true and factual must be submitted. 6. Qualifying Criteria Compliance: The JV must identify, state, and submit supporting documents that demonstrate how they qualify the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document. 7. Compliance with Public Procurement Policy (Make in India) Order 2017: The tender must comply with the Public Procurement Policy (Make in India) Order 2017. 8. Notarized Power of Attorney for Authorized Signatory: This is mandatory for JV. 9. Submission of certificates and documents by each member: Each member of the JV should submit a certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with the bid are true and factual. 10. Submission of supporting documents to qualify the Qualifying Criteria: The JV should identify, state, and submit supporting documents duly self-attested to qualify the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document.
