The bidder should have experience in works similar to the tendered work, specifically in signaling installation. They must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of tender for composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The bidder should submit certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which the tender is invited, along with a list of works carried out in the past.
