The bidder must have successfully completed similar works in the last 07 years, with specific requirements including: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, for technical eligibility, the bidder should have completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are also mentioned in examples, such as Rs 10 crore and 30%, 30%, and 40% share of partners in a firm. The bidder is also required to submit a statement of similar works executed/completed in the last seven financial years, except for works less than 50 Lakhs. The average annual contractual turnover is also a requirement, calculated based on the advertised value of the tender and the number of years prescribed for completion of work. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. The bidder needs to submit requisite information as per Form-2, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. The bidder should submit a work experience certificate from a government organization or a public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. In case a subcontractor is involved, the subcontractor should have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, except for works costing up to Rs 50 lakh.
