Description Noticefornegotiatedprocurement (negotiated Procurement- Two Failed Bidding) Othersuppliesandmaterials Expenses(fy2024) The Northern Bukidnon State College, Kihare, Tankulan, Manolo Fortich, Through The General Appropriations Act (fund 01 Fy 2024 General Appropriation Act) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Seven Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Four Hundred Four Pesos And One Centavo (php 2,726,404.01) For The Following Lots: Lot2 - Twohundredforty-twothousandfourhundredthirty-onepesos Andtwenty-twocentavos(php242,431.22) Lot4 - Three Hundredeighty-six Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Pesos And Thirty-eight Centavos (php 386,930.38) Lot5 - Onemillion Sixty-five Thousand Thirty-one Pesos And Thirty-six Centavos (php 1,065,031.36) Lot7 - Onehundredsixty-three Thousand Three Hundredtwenty-twopesos Andeighty Centavos (php 163,322.80) Lot8 - Six Hundred Sixty-eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-eight Pesos And Twenty-five Centavos (php 668,688.25) Lot10 - Twohundredthousandpesos(php200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Other Supplies And Materials Expenses (fy 2024). The Project Shall Be Awarded As Per Lot. Quotations Received In Excess Of The Abc Per Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. The Procurement Procedure That Will Be Adopted Is Negotiated Procurement Considering That There Has Been Two Failure Of Biddings Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Will Engage In Negotiation With A Sufficient Number Of Service Providers To Ensure Effective Competition. The Selection Of The Successful Offers Shall Be Based On The Best And Final Offer That Will Be Submitted On A Specified Date, Which Could Meet The Nbsc- Bids And Awards Committee’s (bac) Minimum Technical Requirements And Does Not Exceed The Abc. The Deadline For The Manual Submission Of Quotations/ Proposals Is On December 02, 2024 At 10:00 A.m., Which Shall Be Delivered At The Procurement Service Office, Northern Bukidnon State College, Kihare, Tankulan, Manolo Fortich. Late Quotations/ Proposals Shall Not Be Accepted. Opening Of Quotations/proposals Shall Be On December 02, 2024; 1:00 Pm- 5:00 Pm At The Procurement Service Office, Northern Bukidnon State College, Kihare, Tankulan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
