The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work, each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The advertised value of the tender is Rs.3,74,99,136.12. Therefore, the required values for similar works are: - 30% of Rs.3,74,99,136.12 = Rs.1,12,49,740.84 (for three similar works) - 40% of Rs.3,74,99,136.12 = Rs.1,49,99,654.45 (for two similar works) - 60% of Rs.3,74,99,136.12 = Rs.2,24,99,481.67 (for one similar work) For subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, no previous work experience is required for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The bidder is also required to have a list of works of similar nature physically completed in all respects in the current and last three financial years, as per the proforma given in 'Annexure-IV'. Additionally, the bidder should provide a Work Completion Certificate of works mentioned from the organizations with whom they worked, as per the proforma given in 'Annexure-V'. The definition of similar work is any building works with a framed structure. The overall cost, including the PVC amount (if paid) of that completed work or substantially completed work, shall be considered for fulfillment of technical credentials. The bidder must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. The average annual contractual turnover should be at least V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V = Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.
