The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific criteria for non-composite and composite works. For non-composite works, the bidder should have completed two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, and one similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder should have completed three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, and one similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, for supply of quarry products or Civil Engineering works, the bidder should have completed three works, each of 30% of the tendered quantity, two works, each of 40% of the tendered quantity, and one work of 60% of the tendered quantity. The total value of similar nature of work completed during the qualifying period should be considered. Work experience certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above are considered. The value of the work, including the PVC amount, will be considered for fulfillment of technical credentials. The overall cost of the work, including the PVC amount, will be considered, and no separate evaluation for each component of the work will be made to decide eligibility. The bidder should provide details of similar nature of work completed in the last 7 years, along with documentary proof, and fill out Proforma-II, which includes information on the number of years the firm has been in operation and details of similar nature of work completed. The required prior work experience is also dependent on the type of work, with specific percentages and amounts mentioned, such as 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value or tendered quantity. The amount of Rs 500 crore is also mentioned as the average annual turnover for public listed companies.
