The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last 07 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the requirements are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value of the completed work shall be reckoned from the total payment received by the tenderer from the organization, as per the completion certificate submitted. The amount given at Sr. No. 9 in the proforma for the completion certificate will be the value of the completed work if the nomenclature of the work matches with a similar nature of work. The amount mentioned at Sr. No. 10 in the completion certificate will be the value of the completed work if the nomenclature of the completed work includes additional components of work which are not matching with similar nature works. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted (for subcontractors)
