The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works, with each work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of 'total contractual payments' in the previous three financial years. The values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - Average annual contractual turnover of V/N or "V" whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work.
