Northeast Frontier Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works during the last 7 years, with specific requirements as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the bidder must have completed works with values of at least 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, considering components with costs of more than 2 crore as separate. The total value of similar works completed during this period is considered, not the payments received. Additionally, for composite works, the bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Only credentials from Govt/Semi-Govt Organizations and PSUs are acceptable, excluding those from private organizations.
