The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender or each component of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender or each component of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender or each component of the tender - Rs 50 lakh, for which no previous work experience of subcontractor is required. Additionally, the tenderer must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years. The minimum average annual contractual turnover is V/N or V, whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work.
