The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of construction works executed and payment received in any one of the previous three financial years or the current financial year. This information should be submitted as per a specified proforma to evaluate the bid capacity of the tenderer. In case of a Joint Venture (JV) firm, details of construction works executed by each member of the JV are required to be submitted. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 7 years, with specific requirements including: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work, costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have completed similar works for each component, with costs of not less than 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of that component. A component is considered separate if its cost is more than Rs. 2 crore. The works should have been directly awarded by government, semi-government, public sector undertaking, autonomous bodies, municipal bodies, or railways siding owners, or by a public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs. 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The bidder should also submit a statement showing construction works executed and payment received, taking into account completed as well as work-in-progress, and the List of works on hand, existing commitments, and balance amount of ongoing works to evaluate bid capacity. Additionally, the tenderer should submit the List of plants & Machinery available on hand and proposed to be inducted/ Hired for the subject work. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. For tender value more than Rs. 20 Crores, the tenderer shall submit a statement showing construction works executed and payment received in any one of the previous three financial years or the current financial year. The value of similar works completed should be more than Rs. 2 crores for composite works. The bidder should submit an attested copy of the completion certificate or substantially completed works. The public listed company should have an average annual turnover of Rs. 500 crore and above.
