To participate in the tender as a Joint Venture (JV), the following eligibility requirements must be met: 1. Partnership firm/Joint Venture (JV) / Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. should submit a certificate in the prescribed format. 2. The tenderer should not be blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry/Department of Govt. of India from participation in the tender on the date of submission of bids, either in individual capacity or as a HUF/member of the partnership firm/LLP/JV/Society/Trust. 3. The JV should comply with the clause regarding restriction on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and certify that they are not from such a country or, if from such a country, have been registered with the competent Authority. 4. All documents as mentioned in Para 17 of the Tender Form (Second Sheet) of IR GCC April 2022 with the latest correction slip must be submitted. 5. The JV must provide information such as the address of the Registered Office, Constitution of the company/Firm, Ownership particulars, Name and address of collaborator(s), Nature of participation by collaborator(s) in share-holding of the Company, Extent and nature of proposed participation by collaborator(s) in execution of this work, and Number of years the firm has been in operation in India under its present constitution. However, it is also mentioned that Joint Ventures are not allowed to bid for this tender, as indicated by "Are JV allowed to bid, No" and "Number of JV Member Allowed, 0".
