North Eastern Railway Tender

The bidder is required to have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 7 years. The requirements include: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover. Work experience certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs. 500 Crore and above in the last 3 financial years are acceptable. The bidder should provide the list of work completed in the last three financial years, including description of work, organization, dates, and final value of contract. The bidder should also furnish the list of work in hand, including description of work, contract value, and approximate value of balance work yet to be done. The bidder is required to be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the system or a vendor authorized by OEM, or any vendor having experience in repair of electronic or software embedded equipment whose capacity and capability are approved.
