North Eastern Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a work experience certificate from a government organization or a public listed company with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The work experience certificate should be for similar work, which is defined as "Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Railway SCADA" or any SCADA system with a Master Station and at least 10 RTU's. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. The bidder is required to submit details of works completed during the previous seven financial years and the current year, including the final value of the contract in Rs. for each completed work. The bidder must also submit details of works on hand. The value and percentage of similar works completed are specified as: - 30% of advertised value of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of advertised value of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of advertised value of the tender for one similar work. For subcontractors, they must have completed at least one work similar to work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of subcontractor shall be asked for.
