The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing works in specific categories during the last 7 years. The categories are: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have completed: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The bidder should have prior work experience in similar works, specifically in "Any work involving Supply, erection, testing, and commissioning or overhauling/rehabilitation of Overhead Equipment (OHE), Power Supply Installations (PSI), or Auxiliary Transformers (AT) on 25 kV or 2X25 kV AC Railway Traction for new electrification, addition or modification." For subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of subcontractor is required. The bidder should provide a list of works completed in the last seven financial years, including the description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of completion. The bidder should also provide a work experience certificate from a government organization or a public listed company with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The required prior work experience for the bidder is to have completed works in the last seven financial years. The exact value and percentage of similar works are specified as 30%, 40%, 60%, and 35% of the advertised value of the tender or component of the tender. The amount for subletting of work is up to Rs 50 lakh.
