The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed specific similar works within the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the Tender, ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the Tender, iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the Tender. For a given schedule with an advertised value of 2500000.00, the values would be: i) 30% of advertised value: 0.3 * 2500000.00 = 750000.00 ii) 40% of advertised value: 0.4 * 2500000.00 = 1000000.00 iii) 60% of advertised value: 0.6 * 2500000.00 = 1500000.00 The bidder should submit details of all similar works done in the past, along with attested copies of certificates obtained from the agencies wherever the works have been completed successfully. They should also submit a list of work in hand, including description of work, contract value, approximate value of balance work yet to be done, and date of award of work.
