The required prior work experience for the bidder includes several options. For the 1st Call, the bidder should have completed a similar nature of work with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender, or 2 similar works each with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. For the 2nd Call, the bidder should have completed a similar nature of work with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender, or 2 similar works each with a minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender, or one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more and the value of which is not less than 30% of the estimated amount put to tender. For the 3rd Call, the bidder should have completed a similar nature of work with a minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender, or one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 70% or more and the value of which is not less than 20% of the estimated amount put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have a turnover of 100% in a year in the last 3 years in civil work, and the Bid Capacity should be more than the estimated amount put to tender. The completion certificate should contain details such as name of work, name of client, amount put to tender, schedule month and year of commencement and completion as per work order, and actual month and year of completion. The bidder should also submit credentials and certificates of satisfactory completion of the work from the concerned Executive Engineer or equivalent competent authority, stating that the work is in progress satisfactorily and no penal action has been initiated against the executing agency.
