The bidder is required to have prior work experience with credentials of similar nature of completed work. The required experience includes: - A minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, or - One single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 70% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above. Alternatively, the bidder should have: - A minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, or - 2 similar nature of completed works, each of the minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, or - One single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above. The bidder should have a minimum turnover of 100% in a year in the last 3 years in civil work. Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar nature of jobs of value as stated, with a completion certificate from Engineer-in-Charge mentioning the actual date of completion. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed works of a value stated, but the exact amount is not specified. However, it is mentioned that the Additional Performance Security will be obtained from the successful bidder if the accepted bid value is 80% or less of the Estimated amount put to tender. The bidder's bid capacity should be more than the estimated amount put to tender, and the net worth should be positive. The bidder should also have experienced technical personnel, including at least one civil diploma holder and one civil engineer degree holder. The percentage of work executed is also required, with the bidder required to fill in the percentage of work executed for each work. The bidder should have access to or have available liquid assets and/or credit facilities not less than 10% of the estimated cost put to tender.
