The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have executed any work within the last 7 years prior to the original scheduled date of tender opening. The work experience requirements are as follows: - One work of executed value not less than Rs.176.75 Lakhs (excluding GST) in a single contract agreement / work order. - Or, two works of executed value each not less than Rs.110.47 Lakhs (excluding GST) in two contract agreements / work orders. - Or, three works of executed value each not less than Rs.88.37 Lakhs (excluding GST) in three contract agreements / work orders. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 72 Lakh for the last 3 years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, it is mentioned that if L-1 is not an MSE and MSE Service Provider(s) has/have quoted price within L-1+ 15% of margin of purchase preference /price band, then 100% order quantity will be awarded to such MSE bidder subject to acceptance of L1 bid price.
