This Request For Supplier Qualifications (“rfsq”) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Niagara (“niagara Region”) To Prospective Respondents To qualify For Eligibility To Provide multi-residential Textile Diversion Program  As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfsq Particulars (appendix A) (the “deliverables”). Niagara Region Will Only Consider Applications Received From Respondents Who Have Registered With Bids And Tenders And Have Obtained The Rfpq Directly From Niagara Region’s Public Purchasing Portal At Https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/module/tenders/en (the “bidding System”) Niagara Region Seeks To Implement A Three (3) Year Program For The Collection Of Textiles For Re-use/recycling From Multi-residential Properties In Order To Divert This Material From The Waste Stream. Only Submissions From Registered Charities Will Be Considered. See Appendix A – Rfsq Particulars For Further Details.
