This Request For Proposal (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Niagara (“niagara Region”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Value-for-money (vfm) Audit Services For Region Operated Childcare Centres, as Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (appendix B) (the “deliverables”).  This Request For Proposal (rfp) Seeks To Engage Qualified Third-party Service Providers To Conduct A Comprehensive Value For Money (vfm) Audit For The Regional Municipality Of Niagara’s (niagara Region) Five (5) Directly Operated Child Care Centres. This Is In Alignment With The Canada-wide Early Learning And Childcare (cwelcc) 2024 Guidelines Requiring Municipalities Who Directly Operate Child Care Centres To Undergo A Vfm Audit. This Audit Aims To Ensure Provincial Funding Is Being Utilized Efficiently And Effectively And Determine The Value Of Niagara Region Operating Five Child Care Centres Directly.
