This Request For Quotations (the “rfq”) Is An invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Niagara (“niagara Region”) To Prospective Respondents To Submit Quotations For Fairness Commissioner Services For Two Ensuing Procurement Processes For Liquid Biosolids And Residuals Management Program, as Further Described In Section A Of The Rfq Particulars (appendix B) (the “deliverables”).  Niagara Region Is Undertaking A Non-binding Request For Quotation (rfq) Process To Leverage The Ministry Of Government And Consumer Services’ Vendors Of Record (vor) Tender – 17892  for Management Consulting Services, Specifically Role # 6 – Fairness Commissioner.  The Engagement Will Consist Of Providing Direct Oversight Of The Entire Request For Supplier Qualifications (rfsq) And Request For Tender (rft) Processes For The Provisioning Of Liquid Biosolids And Residuals Management Services.
