This Request For Proposal (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Niagara (“niagara Region”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Renown Sps – Detailed Design, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (appendix B) (the “deliverables”). The Renown Street Sewage Pumping Station (sps) Located At 7 Renown Road In The City Of St. Catharines. The Station Flows Into The Port Dalhousie Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Station Was Originally Constructed In 1968, And A New Diesel Generator Building Was Constructed In 1995 Beside The Sps. In 2009 A New Exterior Bypass And Valve Chamber, Sections Of The Header And Valves In The Station Were Replaced. The Station Is In Poor Condition As Such A Sustainability Upgrade Is Required. Refer To Appendix B – Rfp Particulars For Further Information. This Rfp Is Being Issued To A Subset Of The Successful Roster Listing Developed From Contract 2023-rfsq-184 Specifically Category Nine (9).
