The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar nature of work with the following requirements: - Single work with completion value of at least Rs. 6,00,000.00 (for Serial 01), Rs. 14,00,000.00 (for Serial 02), Rs. 10,00,000.00 (for Serial 03), Rs. 3,00,000.00 (for Serial 04) in the last 5 years. - Two works with completion value of at least Rs. 4,50,000.00 (for Serial 01), Rs. 11,00,000.00 (for Serial 02), Rs. 8,00,000.00 (for Serial 03), Rs. 2,50,000.00 (for Serial 04) in the last 5 years. - One single running work of similar nature completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value of not less than Rs. 6,00,000.00 (for Serial 01), Rs. 14,00,000.00 (for Serial 02), Rs. 10,00,000.00 (for Serial 03), Rs. 3,00,000.00 (for Serial 04) in the last 5 years. The bidder should have a completion certificate for fully (100%) completed works during the last 5 years from the date of NIT. A specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned only for running works, which is 80% completion. The bidder should have prior work experience of similar nature, including Civil work for serial 1, 3, and 4, and Roads works for serial 02. For Serial 03, the bidder should have completed works worth Rs. 10,00,000.00, and for Serial 04, the bidder should have completed works worth Rs. 3,00,000.00. The Earnest Money deposit is 2% of the Estimated Amount put to Tender or Rs 10 Lakh, whichever is lower, and the Security Deposit is 10% of the value of works executed. If the quoted rate is below 20% less of the Estimated amount, Performance Security in the form of Bank Guaranty of 10% of the contract amount shall be submitted.
