The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in road work, and the bidder should have specific equipment like GSB/WMM Plant, paver machine, Mortar grader, & Vibratory road roller for road work of similar nature. The bidder should have completed similar road works, and the experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is 16516430.84 Rs. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is 24774646.25 Rs. - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is 33032861.67 Rs. The similarity of works includes experience in Road, Building, Drain, Boundary wall, Footpath, Interlocking tiles, Road strengthening, Central verge, c.c. road, Box culvert. Experience of Water & sewer work will not be entertained. The bidder should have completed works during the last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited, with the experience being with Government/Semi-Government/PSUs only. Additionally, the average annual financial turnover on Construction works should be at least 30% of the estimated cost during the immediate LAST 3 consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have a good performance record and should be capable of executing works of large magnitude. The earnest money deposit (EMD) is Rs. 9,74,500.00. The proof of solvency requires a minimum solvency of 40% of the total estimated cost put to tender.
