Average Annual Financial Turnover: 30% of the estimated cost during the last 3 consecutive financial years, which is Rs 16,707,553.45. 4. Additional performance Guarantee/Security: - @0.5% per one percent upto 10% below rate - @1% per one percent on rate quoted beyond 10% below rate, valid for the complete contract period by the Contractor before entering into contract bond.
