The bid capacity required includes specific financial and technical capabilities. - Solvency of Rs. 2,38,94,744.10 - Experience as per one of the three options provided: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 2,38,94,744.10 - Or, two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 3,58,42,116.16 - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 4,77,89,488.21 - Average annual turnover of Rs. 1,79,21,058.08 for the last 3 years Additionally, the bid capacity required is related to the performance guarantee/security, which is to be deposited by the contractor, calculated as: - 0.5% per one percent upto 10% below the rate quoted in the Bill of Quantity (B.O.Q) - 1% per one percent on the rate quoted beyond 10% below the rate This deposit is to be made in the form of FDR/CDR/Bank Guarantee/NSC, and it is valid for the complete contract period.
