The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 7 years, with specific requirements as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 95265485.92 Indian Rs. - Alternatively, two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, which is 142898242.88 Indian Rs. - Alternatively, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 190530971.84 Indian Rs. Additionally, the bidder should have an Average annual financial turnover on Construction works of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last 3 consecutive financial years. The estimated cost is 238163714.80 Indian Rs. The required experience also includes experience with road work of similar nature, having equipment such as GSB/WMM Plant (pug mill), paver machine, Mortar grader, & Vibratory road roller etc. For specific positions, the experience requirements are: - 10 years of experience for a Project Manager with a Degree. - 5 years of experience for a Graduate Engineer, with a rate of recovery of Rs. 15,000/- per month. - For a Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer with no experience, the rate of recovery is Rs. 10,000/- per month. - 1-2 years of experience for a Principal Technical Representative. The percentages mentioned for similar works completed are 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost. Another percentage mentioned is 30% of the estimated cost for the Average annual financial turnover on Construction works.
