The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed “similar works” during the last 07 years. The minimum qualifying criteria are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 400 crore, whichever is less; - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, whichever is less; - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, whichever is less. In case of projects having ECPT above Rs. 1000 Cr., the minimum eligibility criteria for similar work experience is defined by considering ECPT as Rs. 1000 Cr. “Similar works” shall mean “Residential/ Non-Residential Buildings of any no. of storeys”. The past experience in similar nature of work should be supported by Certificates issued by the client’s organization. The required prior work experience for the bidder is to be provided in the form of Work Experience Certificates - FORM-A and details of similar works executed as part of JV/ Consortium, and claimed in bid (if any)-FORM-B.
