The bidder should have prior work experience of having successfully completed "Similar Works" during the last 7 years. The similar works can be either: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder must have completed at least one work of 40% value of the estimated cost put to tender, including Internal finishing work, Internal/External Electrical work, Internal Plumbing work. The experience certificate for works done in joint venture (JV)/consortium with other firms/companies will be considered only to the extent of its share in the JV/ consortium or work done by them. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. "Similar work" shall mean Residential/ Non-Residential Building works of any number of storeys.
