The bidder should have prior work experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, specifically in the nature of "Operation & maintenance of Civil, Electrical & Horticulture works in any non-residential/commercial/office/residential building complex." The bidder should meet one of the following criteria: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The past experience in similar nature of work should be supported by certificates issued by the client’s organization. In case of work experience from the private sector, the completion certificate shall be supported with copies of Letter of Awards and copies of corresponding TDS certificates. The value of work will be considered with the value of TDS Certificates. The value of materials or services supplied by the client free of cost or at a discounted price shall be included in the value of executed works. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of Similar Work Experience Certificates in FORM-A of GCC, and details of similar works executed as part of a Joint Venture (JV) or Consortium in FORM-B of GCC, and financial details in FORM-C of GCC. Work experience certificates consisting of details as mentioned in Form-G of GCC are also required. However, it is mentioned that work executed as a labor contract shall not be considered, and Joint-venture/consortia of firms/companies and foreign bidders are not eligible to quote for the tender.
