The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Completion of at least one work of Non-Residential Building(s) valuing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is at least Rs. 2,08,71,485.07. - Experience in completion of Non-Residential Building(s) consisting of HVAC during the last seven years. The bidder can fulfill this requirement in one of the following ways: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is at least Rs. 2,08,71,485.07. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is at least Rs. 2,60,89,356.09. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is at least Rs. 4,17,42,969.74. The past experience in similar nature of work should be supported by certificates issued by the client’s organization, with the value of work considered equivalent to the amount of TDS Certificates.
