The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works are defined as "Renovation/Interior fit out Works Civil Work including Road work, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Furniture etc. at any residential/non-residential building". The bidder should have completed similar works with specific options: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The value of work will be considered equivalent to the amount received as per the TDS Certificates. The value of executed works also includes the value of any materials or services supplied by the client/employer free of cost or at a discounted price. Additionally, the Average annual Audited financial turnover (after enhancement) for the last 3 years shall be at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder needs to provide information about the type of work, name of the client, date of start, date of completion, and final approved value of the contract, among other details. The bidder should provide details of similar works executed, including the value of the contract, cost of items supplied by the employer free of cost, and the total cost of the work on completion. The bidder should also provide the date and number of completion certificates, final/approved value of the contract, cost of items supplied by the employer free of cost, and the cost of work on completion.
