Title: Provision Of On-bus Technology Subject Matter Expert Services description: The Nta Requires A Service Provider Who Is Experienced In The Operation And Maintenance Of On-bus Technology On Buses. On-bus Technology Is Defined In The Defined Terms Section. The Service Provider Shall Act As A Subject Matter Expert (sme) In On-bus Technology And Will Be Responsible For The Following Activities On Behalf Of The Nta: • Supporting On-bus Technology Operation And Maintenance; • Bus Commissioning And Acceptance Testing; • Providing Technical Guidance / Documentation In On-bus Technology To Other Third Party Service Providers; • Managing And Implementing Proof Of Concepts (poc); • Providing Quality Control Services On Other Third Parties Deliverables; And • Spares Management For Nta-owned Equipment. The Estimated Contract Value Is €1.5m However The Authority Reserves The Right To Expend €2m.
