The eligibility requirements for a Joint Venture (JV) or Consortium to participate in this tender are as follows: 1. The bid shall be signed so as to be legally binding on all partners. 2. One of the partners shall be nominated as being in charge and shall be designated as leader; this authorisation shall be evidenced by submitting with bid, a power of attorney signed by legally authorised signatories of all the partners. 3. The leader shall be authorised to receive instructions for and on behalf of any and all partners of the Joint Venture/Consortium. 4. The entire execution of the contract shall be done by Joint Venture/Consortium. 5. The records of execution of work by Partners of Joint Venture/Consortium shall be kept at site. 6. All partners of the Joint Venture shall be liable jointly and severally for the execution of the Contract in accordance with the Contract terms. 7. Original Joint Venture / Consortium Agreement entered into by the Joint Venture or Consortium partners shall be submitted with the bid. 8. The Joint Venture or consortium Agreement shall clearly specify the work and responsibility of each partner. 9. The information listed in Qualifying Requirements in Bidding Data Sheet shall be submitted for each Joint Venture or Consortium partner.
