The bidder should have executed work(s) of 'Construction/ Maintenance' of 'Cement Concrete/Geopolymer' Road within preceding seven (7) years prior to the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening. Additionally, the bidder should have executed the work(s) of 'Repair/ Maintenance /Construction' of Road within preceding seven (7) years prior to the date of Techno-Commercial bid opening for a total executed value of Rs. 345 Lakhs (Three Crore and Forty Lakhs only) cumulatively in maximum three (3) orders. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, for joint ventures, the credit of executed quantities can be claimed by the bidder in the ratio of bidder's share in the integrated joint venture agreement. Cast-in-place Concrete Paving works shall also be considered for evaluation of technical criteria. Reference work executed by the bidder as a sub-contractor may also be considered provided the certificate issued by the main contractor is duly certified by the owner specifying the scope of work executed by the sub-contractor in support of qualifying requirements. For arriving at the executed value of work, the basic amount only shall be considered. In case the contract is inclusive of taxes, the bidder should provide the break-up of the basic value and taxes.
