Description Project Identification Number: Ntc-pb-2024-11-02 Invitation To Bid 1.the National Telecommunications Commission (ntc), Through The Authorized Appropriations Under Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (p1,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Enhancing Consumer Support: Procurement For The Next Phase Of Helpdesk Management Solution For The Ntc 1682 Contact Center. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the National Telecommunications Commission (ntc), Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Enhancing Consumer Support: Procurement For The Next Phase Of Helpdesk Management Solution For The Ntc 1682 Contact Center Shall Be Engaged For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months Reckoned From The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) Or Commencement Of The Undertaking According To The Date Indicated In The Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
