Description Project Identification Number: Ntc-pb-2024-10-04 Invitation To Bid 1.the National Telecommunications Commission (ntc), Through The Authorize Appropriations Under The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Million Pesos (php 20,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Procurement Of One (1) Lot Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Implementation Of The Project: Online Processing System With Digital Payment System Phase 2 (ops-dps Ph2) / Project Identification No.: Ntc-pb-2024-10-04. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the National Telecommunications Commission (ntc), Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods And Services Is Required Within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days After The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
