Complete Stage Design And Execution 2. Provide Main Backdrop (9 X 16 Ft Frame, Design, Printing And Installation) 3. Provide Standee For The Event And Nnc Logo Venue Arrangements 1. Complete, Upgraded Lights And Sounds 2. (2) 9 X 12 Ft Led Wall 3. High Quality Equipment For Facebook Livestreaming Photo And Video Documentation 1. Provide Crew Of Professional Photographer And Videographer, With Production Assistants, For The Photo And Video Coverage 2. Provide Photobooth With Free Chroma Backdrop, 7 Ft By 9 Ft; Unlimited Prints And Shots (maximum Of 2 Re-copies/shot); 3. Provide 1 Same-day Edit Video Including Highlights Of The Event To Be Played At The Latter Part Of The Program. (same-day Edit Video May Be Subject For Revision Upon Review Of Nnc After The Event.) 4. Submit The Video Coverage Including The Raw Footage And Video Edited Footage. The Final Edited Video Coverage Should Be 20-30 Minutes To Include The Highlights Of The Program, Appropriate Chargen And Submitted 2 Weeks After The Event Or Earlier In Usb/hard Drive Format With Atleast 3 Revisions. 5. Submit A Photo Album Using Photos Approved By The Nnc (100 Photos). Submit 2 Weeks After The Event Or Earlier In Usb/hard Drive Format And 1 Printed Copy.
