Submit A Proposal Containing The Outline Of Work For Approval Of Nnc. 2. Coordinate With Nnc For The Requirements And Details. 3. Provide A Crew Of Two (2) Professional Photographers And Two (2) Videographers, With Production Assistants, For The Photo And Video Coverage. Preferred Equipment: Sony Cameras, Lenses, Audio Equipment, Panel Lights 4. Provide Photobooth: A. Provide For Free The Chroma Backdrop, 7 Ft By 9 Ft; B. Provide The Background Design (propose At Least 3 Designs), For Approval Of Nnc; C. Photoshoots Will Be Done During Pre-and Post-program Only (with Technical Staff To Operate) D. Unlimited Prints And Shots (maximum Of 2 Re-copies/shot) E. Submit A Copy Of Pictures In Hard Drive Format; 5. Develop A Photo Album Using Photos Approved By The Nnc. Submit Two (2) Weeks After The Event Or Earlier In Hard Drive Format And 1 Printed Copy. 6. Provide Same-day Edit Video To Be Played At The Latter Part Of The Program. (same-day Edit Video May Be Subject For Revision Upon Review Of Nnc After The Event.) 7. Submit The Video Coverage Including The Raw Footage And Edited Video Footage. The Final Edited Video Coverage Should Be Less Than 30 Minutes To Include The Highlights Of The Program And Submitted Two (2) Weeks After The Event Or Earlier In Hard Drive Format. Others: 1. Can Cater To At Least 500 Pax, Including At Least 10 Vips 2. Photoshoots To Be Done For The Members Of The Management Committee Of 25 Pax, And Awardees Of Around 25 Pax 3. Inclusive Of Transportation And Meals 4. Venue In Metro Manila Terms Of Payment: Full Payment Upon Complete Submission Of Deliverable And Issuance Of Certificate Of Acceptance Prospective Bidder Must Submit The Following Eligibility Documents: 3.
