In View Of The Two (2) Failed Public Biddings, The National Nutrition Council (nnc) Invites Suppliers To Participate In The Negotiation For The Project, “supply And Delivery Of Prepaid Mobile Load For The Tutok Kainan Dietary Supplementation Program Focal Persons At The Nnc Central Office, In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a.) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of Seven Million Six Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred (php7,687,800) To Be Bid Out As Follows: Item No. Quantity Item/description/quantity Supply And Delivery Of Prepaid Mobile Load For The Tutok Kainan Dietary Supplementation Program Focal Persons At The Nnc Central Office 1. 12,330 - Globe Prepaid Mobile Load (including Tm) 2. 13,296 - Smart Prepaid Mobile Load (including Tnt & Sun) Approved Budget For The Contract -php7,687,800.00 Price Of Bidding Documents - Php5,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The National Nutrition Council, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Technically, Legally And Financially Capable Contractors For The Abovementioned Project. 3. The Procurement Procedure For This Project Is Negotiated Procurement Due To Two (2) Failed Biddings Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”, Including Annex “h” Thereof. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizen/sole Proprietorships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. The Bac Will Engage In Negotiations With A Sufficient Number Of Contractors To Ensure Effective Competition.
