Description Preventive Maintenance Of Sewage Treatment Plant (stp) At National Museum Of Fine Arts (nmfa) Building – Fy 2024 Scope Of Work: 1. Conduct Actual Inspection Of The Whole Area Of The Stp. 2. Detect Any Unusual Sound Of Pumps, Blowers And Other Equipments Including Accessories Such As Control Panel. Investigate Immediately And Make The Necessary Corrective Measures To Prevent Further Damage To The System. 3. Detect Any Unusual Level Of Overflows Of Tanks And Piping System. 4. Run Manually Operated Equipment Such As The Blowers And Make Sure That They Are Free From Obstruction And Other Materials That Can Cause Stuck-up And Other Kinds Of Abnormalities. 5. Monitor Level Of Treatment Chemical Tanks And Fill In If Necessary. 6. Monitor The Quality Of Influent Wastewater From Source By Visual And Sound Inspection. 7. Perform Svi Monitoring Method: A. Taking Mixed-liquor Samples From The Depth Of The Bmr Tank B. Fill It In The 1000-ml Graduated Cylinder C. Let It Settle For 30 Minutes D. Determine The Volume Of Sludge Settled (if It Is More Than 30% By Volume, It Is An Indication Of The Need To Transfer The Sludge To The Aerobic Sludge Digester Tank) 8. Clean The Sides And Floor Of The Treatment Plant. 9. Conduct Testing And Commissioning.
