Committed Information Rate Of 50mbps Leased Line For Nmp Manila (at Least 99.5% Network Availability) 5 Month Subscription (august- December) Or (from The Start Of The Actual Implementation Until December 2024) • A Minimum Of 4 Static Ips • 24x7x365 Proactive Network Monitoring 24x7x365 Customer & Service Support, 24x7x365 Immediate Technical Support Deployment • Connected To The Internet Service Provider Via Fiber Optic Cable (last Mile Connection) • 1ms Or Less Latency To All Local Gateways Of The Isp • 230ms Or Less Latency To Us Based Gateway (partners Of Isp) Provision Of Access To: 1. Mrtg Access For Bandwidth Utilization Monitoring And Other Systems Provided By The Isp 2. Ticketing System (mobile & Pc) For Issue Escalation And Technical Support Terms And Conditions • Provision Of The Service Shall Commence On August 1, 2024 Or From The Actual Implementation Date Until December 2024. A One-time Payment For The Fiber Optic Cable (foc) Installation May Be Provided By Nmp. • The Isp Shall Provide The Nmp Routers To Access The Leased Line Service. In Case Of Factory Defect Of The Leased Equipment Or Due To Natural Wear And Tear, The Isp Shall Replace The Defective Equipment Without Cost To Nmp. The Nmp Shall Not Be Liable For Loss Of The Equipment Through Force Majeure Or Due To Fortuitous Events. Likewise, The Isp Shall Replace The Defective Equipment Without Cost To Nmp. • The Term For The Provision Of The Service Shall Be For Five (5) Months Or Less Which Will Follow The Duration Under Item 1 Of This Terms And Conditions. The Service Shall Be Paid On A Monthly Basis Based On The Billing Statement Provided By The Isp. The Nmp Shall Not Be Held Liable And The Service Shall Not Be Interrupted If The Isp Has Not Provided The Agency A Copy Of Its Billing Statement. • The Nmp May Terminate The Service Due To Unsatisfactory Service Performance. Service Unavailability Shall Be At 5% (or Equivalent To 1.5 Days) Or Greater Per Month, For Three (3) Consecutive Months. The Basis For Termination Shall Be Documented And Reported By The Nmp To The Technical Support Of The Isp. • The Nmp Shall Be Entitled For Rebates Due To Service Interruptions. Service Interruptions Shall Be Reported By The Nmp To The Isp’s Technical Support For Proper Documentation And To Avail The Rebates. The Rebates Shall Be Computed By Dividing The Monthly Payment Multiplied By The Total Downtime For The Month In Hours Divided By 730 Hours (monthly Payment X Total Downtime For The Month(in Hours) / 730 Hours) • The Isp Shall Provide The Nmp A Yearly Update On The Prices And Promos Relative To The Leased Line Service It Offers And Other Services That The Agency Would Like To Avail, To Enable The Agency To Update Its Monthly Payment To A Cheaper Rate And Or Renew The Contract If Necessary. • The Supplier Gives Consent To The Nmp Bac-twg To Conduct Tie-breaking Through Draw Lots/toss Coin, In Case Of Tie-quotations. • Withholding Takes As Per Bir Rules And Regulations Will Be Deducted By Nmp From The Contract Price. • The Winning Bidder Must Provide At His Own Cost, An Omnibus Sworn Statement Relative To The Herein Mentioned Transaction (for Abcs Above P50,000.00) • Price Validity Shall Be For Period Covered In The Purchase Order. • Price Quotation Should Be Made With Extra Care Taking Into Account The Specifications And Unit Of Quantity To Avoid Errors. Bidders Bind Themselves To All The Conditions Stipulated In This Quotation. • Price Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of Taxes, Delivery Charges, And Any Other Charges As May Be Prescribed By Law. • Cash On Delivery (cod) Is Not Acceptable. • Submission Of Multiple/alternative Bid Offers For One Item Shall Not Be Allowed.
